Who will join the group of five?? Heres your homework. Leave a post here describing who is your favorite blogger and why. I will allow for entries until 5pm central Monday night. Then i will randomize all nominators and nominee pairs and the top one will receive entry for both parties-nominator and nominee. ReplyDeleteTough one. I'll go with Napkin Doon. Retired bloggers count, right?! Always loved reading about his trips to Cleve's and his sampler albums. Plus, he started this here Big Fun Game. Once he tried to change the name of the game and I refused to let him.

There are so many, but I am a fan of Gavin at Baseball Card Breakdown. He has a creative mind with his posts and does amazing custom work.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great question/idea! I'll nominate Matt over at Heartbreaking Cards of Staggering Genius. His was one of the earliest baseball card blogs that I read (and continue to read today).

ReplyDeleteIt almost feels like a cop-out, but I'll go with big daddy Night Owl. He's always coming up with fresh, interesting post topics. You can count on him to put up a substantial post almost every day.. not too short, not too long.. good stuff.

ReplyDeleteI'm going with Shane, Mr. Shoebox Legends himself. I like his mixture of baseball, hockey, and soccer content. I've really enjoyed trading with him the several times we have swapped cardboard and I'm really digging his current quest to complete his buyback frankenset.

ReplyDeleteOne of the first blogs that I read regularly before I started blogging was Mario Alejandro's Wax Heaven. I wish he was still around regularly because he really nailed it with his posts.

I have to go with Matt over at Bob Walk the Plank. His focus in West Virginia alumni is interesting. Plus, his participation in cardboard warfare is legendary.
ReplyDeleteMy vote goes to 2X3 , JediJeff , this guy always seems to find time in between doing brakes , Ubering , visiting his kids , work , more car repairs , sending out "tis the season " pkgs , throwing PWE's in the mail and many more of lifes interruptions. He will even drop a video in, to listen to while you read..He may not drop posts daily but the man is always looking to give away.
