Cutting a promo on Bob Walk

Bob Walk, I have a question to answer your questions. As you, Bob Walk travel to the post office by conventional means, the normals you travel with experience malfunctions. As you realize all that is left is total self destruction, do you, Bob Walk, show self pity? Do you, Bob Walk, try to reason why? Do you, Bob Walk, try and comfort the normals that have even more fear that you?

Or do you, Bob Walk, kick the doors out? Kick the cockpit door down. Take the two pilots that have already made the sacrifice so that you can face the challenge. Dispose of them, Bob Walk. Assume the controls, Bob Walk. Shove the control into a nosedive Bob Walk. Push yourself to total self destruction. As you realize, Bob Walk, you are about to enter a world close to parts unknown. Ah smell it, jaybarkerfans. Do you, Bob Walk, look for a place to hide? Or do you, Bob Walk, face the challenge that may be more powerful than even you are, Bob Walk, face the challenge that may be more powerful than even you are, Bob Walk.

You, Bob Walk, must self destruct so that you will know, Bob Walk who is the CHOSEN ONE. For, Bob Walk, I am not the CHOSEN ONE…that you speak of. I am not, Bob Walk, I am……….THE ONLY ONE

Things I get from Bob Walk and what I'm going to do about it

So

There's this guy named Matthew Scott, aka Nom de Plume is Bob Walk the Plank.

Mr Walk and I have been involved in some shenanigans before...

Then this is the kind of stuff that shows up in Hazel Green from Morgantown------
 Just a bat
Just a signed bat of my favorite player!!!  Holy Bat Batman

So our time of peace.....its over.  It was announced earlier by mutual cardboard acquaintance-Tony of Off Hiatus, that its on and its on brother. "The Lawyer"  is one of the great story framers in the blogging game and he laid out my declaration of war here. Buckle that chin strap its time for cardboard war.  I've got lots of tricks and heavy artillery that I've been saving up Bobby Walk and I'm aiming all armaments to Morgantown #warpart2 #Septembertoremember

I'm not even sure it's worth you trying to fight back my friend.

The Lost Collector drops the Willinghammer

My good pal AJ sent me a package a while pack that had some great variety.  Braves, Cardinals, Donaldson were all represented.  The blog direction has since changed so today I'm going to show off the quality Willinghammers that AJ sent my way:

The Balcony ticket is #'d 001/250
Josh and miniature Pink 25/25 Companion
That UD is #'d to 99
#'d to 499 on the Blue Framed GQ
AJ believes those cracked ice are limited to 25 and I turn no down no Willingham autos...ever

AJ thank you for a very nice mailing.  I hope ya''ll are getting settled in at the new place.  Will be hitting you back soon

Some goodies from Coop

I'm trying to get caught up on some recent mail that arrived here at jbf hq.  Today I want to share some items sent my way from my buddy Brent of Cooperstown Exit 3:16.

First up is a sweet golf towel from the Augusta Greenjackets, a bat Keychain, and a Topps Chip of the good ole Mariner Moose!
I love USFL stuff!  Two coaster disks from two of the shortlived teams-The Oakland Invaders and Chicago Blitz!
Brett put the cherry on top with 12 cards of one of my top 3 Collections-The Willinghammer!

Thank you very much for this mailday my friend!   I have a stack for you and when its a bit more respectable I will get it headed your way.

Worldwide Woodard Domination has begun

I recently announced that I had severely narrowed my collecting interests.  One of the things I'm still looking for is the Steve Woodard 94 Signature Rookie.  There are supposed to be 7750 of them....so why not see how many I can find!

Four more in the house!

If you have any of these let me know and we will work something out!

They say never meet your heroes

The saying is never meet your heroes that you'll always be disappointed.  I'm not sure that's always the case,  I'm settling in today from spending a dream weekend at the NWA Mid Atlantic Legends Fan Fest.  Many great memories for me as a first time fan festee and it was kind of overwhelming at times.  I could go through what was wrong and right with convention and which of the talents were great to the fans and which ones were d bags but I won't.  Overall, it was a great experience.  I was able to snag a few requests from fellow bloggers but not all.  I will send those out when time allows but for today I wanted to share some pics from the weekend,
