Goodwill spoke to me!

I knew that something was leading me to stop into goodwill the other day.  This time I was right!  Check out this awesomeness!

At first glance I thought this was Randy Travis.  Regardless he is in the bobble hoard.
Check out the backside of what really got me excited.
 Hometown squad mascot. HOMER
Not sure why Homer's butt is here again but look at the best part of finding bobbleheads at Goodwill
Hot Damn!  It appears this one is autographed. Score
I will continue to snag any bobble that crosses my path...jack.

Arpsmith Drops a Heavy Package on Me!

Adam from the Arpsmith blog has become quite a good friend of mine and of my jbf junk blog.  He recently claimed a couple off one of my posts.  The return package he sent me seemed heavy.  It was because it was full of vintage gold.  Check out these new vintage binder residents!

 I love 1972's!
Bob is so Awesome he gets his own scan!

 Welcome to 1973
Red Schoendienst in all his glory.
The gem in this one was a piece from the ArpSmith Vault!
Thanks again Adam!

Trying to stay a 2013 Topps Virgin-Help Me!

I pledged that I was going to steer cleer of 2013 Topps. Not one dime of my money has been dropped on this year's flagship other than a group break I participated in-and I'm not counting that!

I'm starting to waver a bit.  I was near a ToysRus yesterday and fought to not go in and grab a couple of blasters.  The purple parallels were calling my name.

My pledge was to spend that money that I would have spent on flagship on vintage instead.  I want to buy some vintage today.  I would spend $20 on a blaster.  So anyone out there in blogland this morning that wants to make a quick twenty-take my challenge.  I don't even want to know what or how much you plan to send-just like I wouldn't know on a blaster!

Shoot me an email or drop me a comment. Help me stay pure!

An armistice with Ptown Tom

I have agreed to stop bombing PTown Tom of Waiting Til' Next year for now.  All that means is someone else is about to be bombed next until they bend under my barrage of cardboard. Who's the next target.  That shall remain mysterious for now. The first salvo goes out in tomorrow's mail. Tick Tick Boom

An epic 4 card envelope arrives at the JBF Junkpile

My buddy Brett, aka UCF, dropped an epic envelope in the mail to me this week.  Four cards that reek of awesomeness.  Brett knows what I'm all about and he delivered again!

 Ole Gaylord!
A shiny great one that I did not have!
Yes, I'm a Cardinal Fan.  And Jake is pretty much all it takes to get excited.
This is pretty much exactly what I'm looking for these days.  Baseball. Braves. Vintage.  You can't get much more vintagey than Chuck!  I'm ecstatic.  Brett, all I can say is thanks bro.  Payback will be coming soon and hopefully epic for your collection!
